matte black into gloss black

so there are these rims that i really want to get but the bad part is that they come in matte black :/ and i want a gloss black. I was wondering how it would be possible for me to change the matte into a gloss, like very very glossy such as http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=382895

My other method is Powdercoating them gloss black and I really don't want to spend that much more money ): please help guys....

I'm guessing they don't come clear-coated. Can you confirm this?

They do come clearcoated I am getting sf71 aluflugen or however u spell it haha
