New Century BMW

Has anyone had a bad experience with New Century giving you a problem about mods to your car and warranty issues. I just had my car stall at idle for no reason. No check engine light, just ran real rough for a few seconds and stalled. I have springs, and an exhaust and dont want any problems. Thanks!
