LOL Can't believe you went with something that Jordan Swerdloff is involved in....

Get your money back...

Same thing happened to a couple guys on my Team...

I never knew you needed spacers for wheels "Built" for an Audi RS4...
If you are going to bash 360 bash the correct person...Jordan has had 0 involment with 360 for awhile now. Alain is at 360.

No need to bash a company because of your own involvment in another wheel line

... Don't need to hate becuase you got screwed. The main thing is that I got the right wheel size when I ordered my wheels. Oh and my front lips on the Advans are deeper then 360s!

WOW
Seems 360 has a "compulsive fuck orders up" syndrome. Even if they deliver wheels, find a way to fuck up, one way or another. I would say I feel bad for the OP, but after SO MANY threads in so many different forums about 360, I just don't.

The only reason why Jordan has no more involvement with 360 is because he fucked it up in the first place

Even if im involved with 500 wheel companies, facts are facts and customer service is number one.

The facts are out there, there's no need for me to put it out..

If he would of never fucked over our RS4 in the first place and a couple other close friends, i wouldnt give a shit...

But the truth is, he did that WAY before he washed his hands with 360..

Wheel line or not, it's cool to defend your boy but everyone knows what the truth is so it's a lost cause.

I agree with you on everything including him messing 360 up (although I dont know the details), but he isnt my boy. All I am saying is you dont need to assosciate 360 with him as he has no more involvment.

On another note when you going to post pics of your line? They look promising...

To the OP contact them and see if they are willing to refund you some money or exchange the wheels. Its worth a try...atleast

When I contacted them I told them I was interested In Mesh 8 wheels and attached a pic from another forum of the wheels I wanted but expressed my concerns that they had a reputation for not shipping in a timely fashion.

Miguel at 360 forged said this was the case for many wheels they had to build from scratch but they were working very hard to catch up on all orders. The wheels I was inquiring about, however, were in stock and ready to ship. He even e-mailed me a pic from his blackberry of 4 mesh 8 rims in the finish I wanted assembled. I paid the next day and thy were at my door in Vancouver,BC within 1 week.

They arrive and they are 8.5 front and 11" rears. This sucks as I already purchased the tires Miguel recommended - 255/30/20 and 285/30/20 Nitto Invos for the quoted 9" fronts and 10.5" rears.

Now if I did run these exact tires what do you guys think? Front tire a little too large for 8.5" rim? 285 too stretched on 11" rear?

Why exactly is it bad to run 2.5" wider rears compared to fronts as some have expressed? Enlighten me please.

These wheels are mainly for cruising but I still want good handling...

Can anyone Comment on Shady1's car. He has this exact sizing setup inn this forum and everyone compliments his ride.

I think Nate@IND can answer your questions on the wheels and tire set up. I purchased my wheels and tires off his Original AW M3 I have no problem with my set up at all. Send Nate@IND a PM and he should be able to help you out or give you some good solid advice Good luck. Sorry this is the first time I notice this post I don't aways check this section out because I already have enough wheels for my M3

That is correct, he no longer works for 360 forged.

He's now working with his boy Jordan over at ADV.1...

ADV.1 is Jordan and Migels latest attempt to re-invent themselves. (after striking out a few times)

This new company will end up just as f'd up as 360 Forged.

It's actually a pretty simple formula...

Same unethical/lying/thieves + same poor business management skills + same incompetent wheel fitments = same end result.

It's not rocket science folks...

Sorry but... are you for real? Send those wheels back and either get what you really ordered or get your money back.

Sheesh, this is absurd.

These sellers treat their buyers like idiots and still they come back for more, it's no wonder they're able to stay in business, the line of fools seems to never end. What in the hell is wrong with you guys, seriously?

A 2.5" differential is stupid on this car, it's not a 911, but if your just buying for looks who cares, just get ready for some push.

"Thank you sir, may I have another?"

I've seen Shady's setup and it looks good. So if you like what Shady1 has then keep them. Do you need the forum's general approval or something?

I think your case is the straw that broke the camel's back. I'm sure there are many others on the forum, who like me, didn't want to rub your nose in it too much, but you made a really dumb decision. Are you serious? Do you not know why putting huge wheels in back with the same size as stock in front is a bad idea? I guess not since you bought 360Forged wheels in the first place.

Some M3 drivers purchase an expensive watch to be jewelry. Other M3 drivers wear Omega and Rolex because they appreciate the craftsmanship to create a functional timepiece. Disproportionate wheels on an M3 are like a diamond watchband on an Omega.

I've gotta agree with the others that there's probably not much hope for you if you were willing to buy from 360Forged in the first place. It's hard to feel sorry for any of their victims, I mean customers, at this point, but here's an explanation of why what you're considering is bad:

The reason the 2.5" differential is bad is that you're severely altering the driving dynamics of your car. The beautiful thing about the M3 is that it is a relatively neutral handling car, and you destroy that when you change the ratio of rubber in the front to rubber in the back. By going from a 1" differential to a 2.5" differential, you've just introduced MAJOR understeer (push) into your setup and ruined the one thing that really sets the M3 apart from its competition. If anything, you want to go in the other direction with the differential. But you were buying from 360Forged in the first place, so performance can't be a real priority anyway. If all you care about is how it looks and fits, roll with what you've got.
