Mine does too ....She also does a move we call, "Rice Dance" when she sees food is coming around but it's on all four paws and legs - Nothing like the two-footed fancy moves that the tiny fucker in the video does above.

It looks like there may be fishing line just above the dog's head in the background. My guess is that the guy taking the video forced the dog into that position by running fishing line from it's collar to a lash point above. The dog naturally would squirm, giving the illusion of dancing.

If that is the case, the guy filming is a major tool and deserves to be hung until he squirms. If that isn't the case, that is one very talented pup.

If you watch closely at the end, it looks like the rope/leash is anchored on the table in the back. I think the dog is trying to get to the guy, walked to the end of the leash and kept going which is why he's standing up. So the guy filming must be holding something the dog wants.
