I am looking to buy a 2009+ BMW M3 Convertible (e93).

The car must have:

Aluminum or carbon black trim
Manual transmission
Navigation/Technology package
EDC
Enhanced audio package
Premium package
Cold weather package
Clean Carfax/no accidents/no bodywork

I am looking to spend somewhere in the high forties to low fifties for the car. I live in New England, but am willing to travel for the right car. I am ready to buy immediately for the right car at the right price.
