swift vs. H&R vs. RDsport

all 3 have similar drop but which one is the best in terms of ride quality and handling.

not including Dinan in the poll? they have a 1/2 drop version that maintains travel of OEM shocks.

their stage 1 is basically springs. and you're right...it's $1099 list. nice thing is that it keeps stock travel. here is the parts list for it:
"Performance Spring Set, Matching Front bump-stops and Front Guide Supports; Rear Upper Shock Mount Kit (14mm).

I've only tried the RD Sport Springs. Did find them to be a marked improvement over stock. Particularly at higher speeds. Bumps didn't upset the handling as much. I thought I was going to sacrifice some ride quality, but was pleasantly surprised that it was more smooth with the RD Springs. The drop was quite nice as well.

I used Swift springs on my NSX and S2000 back in the day and they were great. I had H&R springs on my old Z4MC and on my E92 M3 and got rid of them because the ride quality was bad and the front left an inch gap. Cannot comment on RD.

I think it's hard to compare between different platforms. Had swift springs on a 350z and thought the ride quality was horribly rough.

Did you install the E36 bumpstops with your RD Sport Springs? Thanks...

No, changed only the Springs. No issues to speak of after several thousand miles of use.

Hmm. im in a strong debate as to whether to change the bump stops or not when i go with eibachs. leaning towards changing them to gain about 1/3" inch. Couldn't hurt
