Look at this Euro "D" plate I seen on a BMW in Hamburg, Germany...
All I have to say is...
I don't know what you heard about me But a b*t** can't get a dollar outta me No Cadillac, no perms, you can't see That I'm a motherf*ck*n' P.I.M.P.  LOL! They would for sure not allow this on a plate in the states. This is NOT even a personalized tag. But PI are the city intials the vehicle is registered in and the MP is a random selection...
