FS: 2005 Honda Element EX 2WD (92k Miles - $10k)
HONDA 2005 Element EX 2WD in Sunset Orange MILEAGE: 92k Miles. FUNCTIONAL CONDITION: Perfect. Runs without issue. VERY well maintained. Incredible 20 MPG in Stop-N-Go. 22-25 MPG Hwy. COSMETIC CONDITION: Immaculate Outside. Some scratches and scuffs on inside from transporting and moving furniture. HISTORY/STORY: I bought this car Brand New in 2005 when she had 4 Miles. I maintained and cared for her like this car was mine, so Oil Changes every 5k Miles. Have all maintenance paperwork. Have Title in hand. Replaced Tires at 60k miles with 60k mile tires (600 treadwear). Replaced front brake pads at 60k miles. Replaced rear pads at 80k miles. Replaced leaking valve cover gasket that is due to Honda's cheap oil -- so Mobil/Castrol Synthetic from now on. Next major service is at 110k miles (Valve Timing Adjustment). This car has been a serious workhorse for me -- and I would not give her up, if she could tow. No engine or any other issues with this car EVER. There are very few cars with this amount of cargo room. The rear loading and seat removing and interior configurations allow you to carry soooo much gear its shocking. Most large SUVs cannot fit the size items this can, due to the low floor. THE BAD: One small door ding and scratch on back lift gate (no idea how it got there). One small cigarette hole burn on bottom of driver's seat (I know exactly how it got there = Let a friend borrow it to move furniture and he smokes), he got a perma-ban, otherwise this car has never been smoked in, before or after that. A older lady was backing out of her driveway at 2 mph and gently dented my driver's door. Her insurance company replaced the door shell and all other door components were re-used. Work was done at Marco's Auto Body and I have all documents and pics. SUMMARY Washed once a month. Best cargo hauler I have ever owned. Room like a pickup truck, Drives like a small car and MPG of a mid-size sedan = this thing was a win in practicality. Original MSRP was $23,500 $10,000 in Arcadia, CA Thanks for looking mastek@usa.com PICS: Last edited by mastek; 01-16-2012 at 06:06 PM.. |
