E90 M Shoot at Miller Motorsports Park

I had a friend shoot my M out at Miller Motorsports Park one early morning at dawn.

08' E90 M3, 6MT, w/ mods (visible)...

BBS CH-R, black, 20" on Nitto Invo 255/30 & 285/30 (no drop)
Meisterschaft GT w/ Aerosheild
Vorsteiner boot lid (matte finish over carbon & AW lower)
Vorsteiner front bumper (matte finish over carbon lip & matte black intakes)
OEM hood & roof, matte black paint
Venture Film front bumper
FormulaOne Ceramic 35
Carbon Roundels (matte finish over center)
Grills & Gills (matte black)

its not bad, i think the hood and trunk need some paint.

I think blacklines would look MUCH better on your ride, specially with that theme.

Seriously, looks great and some quality pics! I'd have to agree with Nate on some paint scheme for the hood at some point though. Enjoy this look and then go paint it down the road. Keep the looks changin!

I'm starting to agree. I've never liked the blacklines on all white, but now that the truck is partly black, it would probably fit well. I'll take your advice!

It IS painted - matte black (not oem primer)

Its unbelievable how much positive attention the car gets, in person, randomly, multiple times daily, then it gets slammed in photos. I've never believed the real look comes across well photo'd.

Not bad, got to love the sedans

Just a quick thought on the hood. I think the turnoff comes mostly from the hard stop of the white of the A-pillar. You could try painting white the external part of the hood from the "ridge" to the border. So that you have a white fill from the A-pillar that gets wider 'till the front grill.

Quick Photoshop job to confirm that it looks good, if you have a friend that knows how to use it.

IMHO hood and trunk need to be painted white to match the car. The lines of the car look broken without the matched paint.

I agree. I've always struggled with that point off the a-pillar. What you describe is exactly what I'll be doing. Goes in Sept 7th.

White to the outside of the hood lines, matte black down the center and over the power dome. I'll play a bit with the line that goes into the kidney grill. I think there's a bit too much curve of the hood line just above the grill.

Of course I appreciate the nice clean look of an all-white car. Just too boring, and not unique at all. Its beautiful, but I like the car being different. There's plenty of all white E90's around town. Sadly.
