FWIW, I will also consider a trade for an e90/2 if someone is looking to get into an e46.

Find me another e46 m3 in this great of shape, with higher end mods, and such low miles. Yes, price is higher, but it's at a price where I would be ok handing the keys over. Personally when I was looking for this car, I was willing to put up a bit extra to find a clean, well maintained car. But it's extremly hard finding an e46 m3 these days this clean and well maintained. I already have interested parties at my asking price, so no need to come in here and comment on my price. Come on to m3forum and take a look at my reputation and extensive, detailed journal of what the car has been through and the maitenance and attention to detail I've put into this car. Thanks.

I am from m3forum as well and it def is a clean car but def wayy high priced and approaching e90 m3 pricing. (FWIW I paid about 2 grand more for my e90);

The car is def mint, but alas we never get back all the sweat equity into the car.

Good luck on the sale!!

I understood that coming into this. I priced it at a point where I would be okay handing the keys over. Otherwise, not worth it to me. I know plenty of people can vouch for the car and myself and that you won't find another e46 m3 out there in this shape with a this clean of a maintenance history and high end modifications. I know mods don't add value to the car, but I know there is someone out there looking for one like mine. It's hard to find a low mileage, clean e46 m3 these days. It's at a point where it is very clean, classy, and OEM like. Nothing over the top and it all done right. FWIW, I have working with someone at the moment who is willing to pay full asking.

Beautiful car but you may wind up keeping it at that price. Good luck either way, very tasteful E46!

Your passion towards the car should be good enough reason why buyers should buy from you.
My advise is: keep it; it's pretty obvious that you value your N/A car almost as much as how others value a used E9x M3.

Nonetheless, GLWS!

If it means I keep it, I am more than okay with that haha. I still love the car!

Thank you and I agree. It's hard for me to post the car for sale on other forums since I don't post as much as I do like on m3forum. Over the years, people have gotten to know me and the car very well and the true passion I take in caring for the car. I wish others could see that other than just the one forum. I appreciate the kind words. I really wouldn't mind keeping it, so it's not a big deal if it doesn't sell. If I was able to keep it and get an e90 m3, then I would most certainly do that. However, that is not something I can do at the moment due to a recent home purchase.

Thank you! Yeah the journal has become an animal. Has over 3,600 posts and 350k views. It's great to see where the car has come from to where it is today. TONS of great info in that thread. I appreciate the kind words. The e90 will be a fun new project to feed my modding addiction.
