Need advise on 19inch tire size

I just picked up a set of used wheels and tires (only 100 miles on them so brand new) for my E90 M3.

The wheel spec is 19x9.5 et 22 front and 19x10.5 et22 rear.

Current tires on them are 245/35/19 front and 275/30/19 rear.

Should I just continue with the same size with slight stretch?
or sell them while they are practically new and get wider tires?
what size should I get that won't have any rubbing issues?

thanks
