Shout out to Paul at Radial Tire

Paul (from Radial Tire in Silver Spring, MD) sold me two new Pilot Super Sport tires last Saturday. As I drove out of my driveway today, my low tire pressure light came on and I found a nice big screw in my brand new tire on the driver's side. Real bad luck, particularly because I am leaving Friday morning for a long trip to New England. First of all, Paul gave me the best price for the tires that I could find anywhere else (online or otherwise), particularly when you take into account the price of installation. He gave me a price over the phone and honored it once I got there in person. When I called him today to tell him of the flat tire, he did not hesitate to tell me to come by so that he could take care of it. And take care of it is what he did. No waiting in a long line and no additional cost. What a gentlemen. He has a long term customer in me and I would recommend him and Radial Tire to anyone on this forum.

+1 for Paul at Radial Tire

Did they patch the tire or give you a new one?

Patch in the inside. Screw was in the middle of the tire between treads.
