Just a heads up from what I learned on the forum. The 6500k has a slight blue to it where the 5000k is pure white. I ordered the 5000k for the color and I have my car coded to adjust the halo brightness. I am hoping to get the max effect of the 5000k with that coding.

thanks for the heads up STi_traitor. I have black e90. I think either way it will look better then the stock one.

I bought a set in July 2010 from NAMotorsports, however it looks like one of the drivers has failed, the LEDs look fine and all the wiring is ok. Can you supply drivers to fit this older model separately and if so how much are they? I assume the versions I have are just Lux H8 as opposed to V1/2/3. if it helps to identify them, in addition to the driver there is a separate fuse block in the wiring. thanks

It only took about 30 minutes for me to replace on my own. Huge difference between OEM and LUX. Pictures don't do justice being from an iPhone. You wont regret this purchase if your deciding! When they said pure white they really meant pure white, the phone kinda throws them off a bit. Perfect touch to my AW ///M3!!!

The shipping was great, 13 days for delivery to APO in Germany! Kudos to you LUX!

Another heads up, I have the halo brightness coding so they are perfect with this IMO. With the OEM brightness setting they look just as good.
