2013 Le Mans Blue M3 Coupe (Arkym Type-2 Rear Trunk) *NEW DESIGN

Hi guys and gals, just wanted to share a little more eye candy. The rain finally let up over here and I had a chance to snap off a few cell phone pictures before heading into the dreaded I5 rush hour. Special thanks to PYSeed for their amazing attention and service. The Arkym Type-2 rear trunk might have taken a little longer than expected, but it was worth the wait! Their new design is killer, I hope you enjoy.

Nice upgrades. For what it's worth...I think it will look even better by changing the color of the wheels to matte black, and getting wider tires (255 F and 275 R) and some 12mm MS spacers.

agreed! the window trim and kindeys came black from the dealership. an order for side markers are on its way. wheels, def matte black but we'll see what fate has in stored.

what about the gills? leave them blue or swap them out for black as well?

Glad we think alike...you have good taste my friend

The gills are fine. The black wheels pushed out a little will make this thing look incredibly intimidating.

I would then look into exhaust. The stock unit is not very complementary to the look of the car. An Akra slip-on with carbon tips will look bad aZZ and also allow for the LSD to be seen (the stock mufflers cover it up).

Good luck and please keep us posted on updates.

Dude, that is an OEM hood . If you're talking about the trunk then, to each their own. I for one like it!

Ever since you mentioned it i've been on youtube looking and listening for a nice performance exhaust! Makes me want to crack open the piggy bank and do more.

Ya I def understand why the BMW community love these cars. They're such a fun creative way to really express yourself with so many options and styles. Link us to your car once it's up, unless it's up already!

Le Mans blue complement the aggressive stance and look of the car beautifully. Nicely done.

thank you, I love this color but I just saw how it'd look with frozen paint protection film on it. the frozen matte blue look is very cool, but I don't want to hide the LMB just yet. Stay tuned, eventually I might just get a full body wrap done....

Yup, I was told it was a new design but I'm sure more will pop up soon. The CSL is a classic design, most def more than half my book marked pages when I was researching styles
