Maintenance Included Idea/Question

I'm sure I'm not the first one to ask this question, but I've been trolling the BMW boards for a while and haven't seen anyone pose this. I also know some are going to shake their head and question why anyone would want to do give up free labor.

Here is what I'd like to do. I know some of you are like me and aren't particularly interested in dropping your car off at the dealer. My S2000 has never seen the dealer in 100,000 miles(hit 100k yesterday) other than alignment. Unless you get lucky and find the right guy, the dealer service center just doesn't care about your car. Has anyone found an SA at the dealer that is cool enough and lazy enough to allow you to pick up the oil and filter or rotors and pads at a regularly scheduled service instead of having them change it? Without a dipstick, they are going to screw it up anyway, and there isn't a chance I'm letting them drive my car for 20 miles.
