Arrow Ground Control Conversion Kit: which spring rate??

A great friend of mine will ship a GC conversion kit to me. But I asked myself: which spring rate ?? And: Race track version o Hybrid version ??

You need a full Coilover kit like AST or JRZ

But if you meant once in 2 months - then the track spring rates are obvious for you.
