Although the kid is acting like a tool by continuing to go at the guy who admits he's wrong and apologizes...I have to disagree that the kid is far worse.
The vandal started the situation, he's gotta be prepared to face the consequences.
If you start a fight, you can't bitch about getting your ass kicked after.
And although the kid acts like a dick after, he didn't do shit to the vandal until his car was vandalized. If the vandal never touched his car, there would be no story, so it's easy to see where the blame lays.
