Our wheels are highly tested with multiple owners on this forum. We were contacted about this issue and it was taken care of. We offer an industry leading 5 year structural warranty which is clear on our website if it was a problem on our end.

Likewise, I contacted them right away and within 30 they answered me and offered me free wheel. They asked me to send them my mailing address but I asked them if I could stop by their headquarters to exchange right away. They were more than welcome to receive me and get me a new wheels. I went their (super nice people) and they did everything within 30 minutes no questions asked, they even gave me a shirt and stickers. Props on Vossen for their wheels and quality of service.
