Hey do you know about the Toyota buy back on those trucks? Do some research, maybe Toyota will buy it if you have a little frame rust - I guess they had a manufacturing problem! They give over KBB if I recall. This program is for "real."

Good luck. Basically you have to have a toyota tech look at it and decide if the frame is bad enough to warrant the buy back. If it is, a toyota rep comes out, meets you a a toyota dealership and hands you a big ass check. Its great that Toyota stands behind their product like that. Kudos to Toyota. Maybe yours is not bad enough due to a warmer climate and no salted roads, but my friend's was almost rusted through, so it was definitely covered. I think they just have to find rust areas, or areas of thinning on the frame.
