It's nice and all, but that's quite a price giving the quarter panel issue. I'm in the market for an e36, so I'm not just blowing smoke.

I laid out all pros and cons. Not trying to shaft anyone. My reliable body shop quoted me 1k to fix with the donor panel. My qtr panel has the original vin# so it wasn't in a major accident. it's cosmetic.

What should i sell it for then? Appreciate your expertise

Prestine examples sell for your asking price. The problem with a quarterpanel is you can try to blend the paint but it just won't match because the rest of the paint is 17 years old. I actually really like your car but based on your price my offer would probably be lowballing and I hate lowballing people.
