Battery tender recommendation

I recently have acquired a new daily driver ('14 honda accord sport 6MT) - great little car!

Anyhow, this will be my kids shuttle and winter car. Now that my M may sit a few days at a time - I want to be able to connect/disconnect a battery tender quickly. Winter storage I recognize is a connect once for a long time.

But it is the connect/disconnect once a week during the non storage season that has me interested in what other people are doing.

I see some tenders that attach via a power outlet (cigarette lighter) - any other thoughts on how to make this a quick ans simple process?

Lastly, I notice when the car has been siting for a few days - it cranks for a few extra revolutions before starting? Always starts and runs fine - and does not sound like a weak/slow crank as if the battery were low ... curious if others notice this after car has been sitting for 3-5 days.

BTW - it is nice having an effecient daily driver around. I mint out the M and it stays that way. If weather looks rough - it resides in the garage. when I take it out it feels crazy special.

(Cant recommend the Accord 6MT enough - bought new for $20k. 37 mpg when I try - fun to drive w the MT).

I use and recommend the Deltran battery tender Jr. It's the least expensive and lowest in power in their lineup. I see this as a good thing because it's gentle on the battery. It does have 4 stages just like the big units.

I also had the quick connect cables installed on the battery so I can plug it to the tender without removing the cover in the trunk.

CTEK 7002 8 stage has pulse charging which trumps the Deltran-- which culminates in float charging only. And CTEK has a specific mode for AGM batteries.
It's superior
But be sure to correctly connect to the underhood terminals to ensure the battery management system properly gauges the state of charge. Otherwise it may over- or under-charge your battery while driving around...
No joke
