Rubbing noise?

So I got my RD sway bars installed on a few days ago and took the car out for a test drive last night. I've noticed that every time I drive over a dip, theres this rubbing noise. It kinda sounds like my tire rubbing against my fender except my car is stock height and nowhere near my fender (no spacers either). Any idea what this could be?
