Two thumbs up for Ryan and his team. Absolutely the best car buying experience! We did a ED on a 2011 E90 M3 last month.

I have had such a great experience with Ryan that I decided to have their service department track down this pain in the ass intermitent check engine light problem that only shows misfire code on my E39 M5.

Through their dogged dilligence, they figured out the very unlikely cause of the issue. Mind you, this is after I gave two really good indie shops a try. Both shops are owned by ex-BMW master techs and have GT1, SSS, etc.

BMW website showed that the M3 been at the VPC for a few days, so I am hoping that I'll get a call from Ryan this week telling me that the M3 is in so I can go pick up both the M5 and the M3 at the same time.

Yes, that was mine. Warren felt bad that it was so dirty, but I kept reassuring him that's how I wanted it, since I need to basically rinse the wash mitt every few wipes to avoid swirling up the clearbra.

Steve Thomas is awesome. Warren and Rob kept at it until they fixed my crazy SES light problem of the M5, and Ryan was also great to deal with in getting our new M3.

Ryan wanted to show me your M3 with the exhuast, but my 2 year old was about had it at that point and needed to nap in the M5, so I didn't get a chance.

I've been working with Ryan. I told him straight up that I won't place an order until spring. He gave me all the info I needed regarding the order. My local dealers gave me the shoulder when I told them the same thing. Great customer service from ST! Now...if spring will hurry up!!!!
