Code 2b26 throttle monitor bank 2

Had my car go into limp mode. Ran codes, this came up and i assume it is the throttle actuator. But it seems like it may just be the sensor?

Replace the actuator, it's bad.

Thanks. Just wanted to make sure since the Dealer is taking care of this under the emissions warranty and will only warranty the actuator.
