I'll try to keep this short, but it will be difficult. Bought my first M3 from Ryan December 2010. It was so easy and hassle free, I knew he would not only get my business from now on, but my family's business as well. My wife is from Nazareth Israel, and I had this grand idea to do European Delivery in April 2012 for my wife's car on the way back from visiting her family over seas. After my father in law had a minor heart attack in late December, we decided to move our visit up. I had a ticket booked early January to Israel, and of course, needed to take delivery of my wife's car in February. I had finalize all the paperwork for my wife's 550i, and also I promised my brother we would take delivery of his M3 as well. I can't thank Ryan and Francesca enough from not only being champs at handling everything last minute, they also went above and beyond and fedex'd me the contracts to Israel so I could sign and finalize. Fast responses, and tons of patience, they made it as easy as when I had dealt with them for my M3. Thanks again Ryan and Francesca and Steve Thomas BMW. My wife is happy with her 550i, and her father is doing great, smiles all around.
