i saw a show on the science channel that said a doctor a similar nerve in the spine, and women could get 3 metal probes implanted by those nerves in the spine, which can be controlled by a handheld unit. gives them orgasms almost instantly. seems like a risky surgery. I'm sure in the real world only hog beasts would get them.
