So I watched Avatar

One of the craziest movies so far.
It is as awesome as The Matrix. Visually appealing, great story.
My only gripe with it is that the characters aren't memorable.

Still super awesome movie. Another great one by James Cameron

I didn't know e90 had an off topic section. I was watching the HBO special on the making and I was thinking that there is no reason they couldn't make Halo into a movie. Peter Jackson should write it, Jerry Bruckheimer should produce and James Cameron along with Ridley Scott should direct it. After seeing the special effects, Halo can be really promising.

They already tried to make a halo movie... Bungie backed out and the movie became District 9 ...

Actually, i think it was the movie studios (FOX and ???) that backed out. MS and Bungie wanted it to be a big money movie, but I think the studios wanted to keep it bargain basement budget, so MS and Bungie told them to go F-off.

My girl wanted to watch the princess and the frog last night.. yea yea i know.. anyhow, the first showing of Avatar was at 1210am. there were 2 guys lined up for it at 1140pm... that kinda sucked...
