You should be fine on stock shocks. It wont bounce around much, but if you had a 335i with a bit more power, i would upgrade the shocks to handle the power a bit more.
I had my H&R and Koni Dampers around a track a couple times and they perform very well without any other suspension mods or braces. |

Il take some now also the right hand side was lower before now the left hand side is lower i dont think the right hand side has dropped much at all

Yeah got them in the boot. The left side has defo dropped it was higher than the right side and is now lower. I took measurements before so il park up at the same place tomo and remeasure

Yeah pretty sure its a 330i and its all that was listed supposed to be a 50/25mm drop although i expected less due to being on m sport springs anyway. Hoping they will settle a little lower as they were fitted 3 days ago
