BTW, I'm sorry, but the stock 18s will definitely NOT fit over Brembo 380mm 6/4 BBK. I'm still doing research to find 18" wheels that WILL work. I'm ordering my BBK this week. I have a set of 18" TE37s I'm hoping will work. My template and measurements say maybe, Mackin says they won't work. So far, I know of two 18" wheels that will work.

Keep up the good work.

Bob
whoa whoa whoaaaa..

wait a minute so the rear set of 18s used all around wont clearrrr???????????????????

"why would you do that to a new m3"

some people refer to the m3 as an exotic or some type of garage queen.. you asked me why i did that right?? simple answer because i dont care, and am getting my "moneys worth" by doing this.. the car is 2 heavy and nothing like the e46 so i had to tweak it... i bought the car to enjoy it.. and if this is what i have to do to enjoy it, then i am going to do things like this by all means..

Forget him. Some of the new BMW owners will never get it.

Everything you have done is great, love it.

This car is fantastic! I'm really impressed that you had the commitment to gut it- it's exactly what I would have done to my personal M3 as well.

Now to get you that Vorsteiner trunk.

Nice work...looks great and gonna be fast. I'm curious why you bought the M3 with the technology package. Nav and that iDrive and crap must add weight.

Read the thread, he already answered that.
