FS - ESS VT1-550

I am going to begin to part out my car.

This kit was purchased a couple years ago direct from ESS.

The kit has been on the car for around 15,000 kms. It comes complete with everything you need. I upgraded to the gloss black intake. The VT1-550 is the non-intercooled low boost kit, which I preferred because it is just a simple kit, with less opportunity for things to go wrong.

VT1-550: Non-Intercooled, 5.5PSI system compatible with DCT and manual cars. 91AKI/95RON or above required.


System components:
-Vortech V3 Si-trim supercharger unit.
-Cast aluminum ESS intake manifold with integrated velocity stacks optimized for boost.
-Vortech Maxflow Race bypass assembly.
-High temperature casted plastic intake system for SC -Uni-belt drive system with additional OEM quality rollers.-Heavy-Duty drive belt.
-CNC hard anodized brackets and hardware.-High temperature silicone hoses with clamps
-ESS oil breather assembly designed for boost.
-8 larger Bosch Motorsport fuel injectors.
-K&N high flow air filter.
-ESS E-Flash reprogramming and diagnostic interface.
-Perfectly optimized, dyno tweaked VT1-550 spec MSS60 ECU software with removed top speed governor.



VT1-550 specs:



Boost pressure: 5.5 PSI
Horsepower: 550 SAE (~43% gain over stock)
Torque on: 380 ft/lbs

Starting with the supercharger, then may sell the balance of mods, Akra Evo, Ohlins, Stop Techs, Volks, etc, or part it out completely. Haven't decided yet.

As a FYI this kit goes for 4K usd given this doesn't have a tune you may want to reconsider the pricing. I already know a local guy willing to sell a 625 kit at 6500 cad and stilll hasn't moved it.

I paid more then that for my 625 kit just under 7gs 6500-6800 sounds just about right. Not to many of these kits available in canada. Tune is roughly 1200 Canadian. Plus install about a 1000. Definitely worth every penny when u have all the power u will ever need! Totally transformed.
