As an update SSR and I are dealing with this off forums. They've been very accommodating and I will be updating this thread in the near future.

@BOOF-M3 I personally don't think forums are an appropriate place to vent.

@OP I'm glad to hear that you guys worked it out.

Or I'm wrong and the forums heal all wounds...

Why do you think this? Social media at its best. Whether the OP is right or the shop is right, something went wrong and was out of ordinary. I think everyone should have access to information when decision making. Leave it up to their own judgement to decide if its right or wrong.

Why is it ok to make a positive feedback on the forums but not ok to make a negative one? I just don't get that logic...

It's pathetic OP had to go online to get a response. That alone is reason enough for me to never use this shop.
There have been MANY instances here where the only way for someone to get a response from a shop it to talk about it on a forum.

And I agree with tigermack. Why do members try to look out for venders instead of warning other members?? I don't get the "logic" in that at ALL.

Let me get this straight... You are swapping out parts designed by some of the top engineers in the world because some guys sponsored by a company told you it's "better??" But when you ask the same guy about tracking, "oh no, I have a kid now" or "I just detailed my car." or "i just got new tires."

This my dear friends reinforces why I do 100% of work on my car, with exception of obvious jobs which require specialized equipment, ie wheel/tire mounting balancing, welding, etc.
