Last time I got BMWNA involved into issue with dealer..... the dealer "Black Listed" me. Yes, the dealer can do that, and I had to find out the hard way. "Black Listed" means, the dealer calls you up and tells you they can't provide service to you, even though you bought the car from them... and there is nothing you can do about that.

Okay so I picked up my car Friday night, they said they would take care of the tickets and I have it in writing, everything else looked good, then I drove it home and I noticed my engine wasn't heating up and wasn't blowing warm air. Granted it has been very cold in Chicago the past few days, the car should still warm up after a while and blow warm air, it didn't blow warm air the whole ride home about a half hour, then the same thing yesterday and today. I never had any problems with this in the past, even when it was below zero out in the past couple years, and it seems to me like they may have tampered with something, because I don't understand how a rear end accident would affect the heat in my car or my engine temp. Any ideas what may be causing this? Is this something the dealer could have done, or could be caused from a rear end collision? Or did my heat randomly go out?

get all your paper work together; make a file. call a lawyer and start..
if it was me i'd file at small claims court; How much money can I ask for? An individual cannot ask for more than $7,500 in a claim. Corporations and other entities (like, government entities) cannot ask for more than $5,000. You can file as many claims as you want for up to $2,500 each. But you can only file 2 claims in a calendar year that ask for more than $2,500. You can only sue a guarantor for up to $4,000 ($2,500 if they don't charge for the guarantee). But, if you are a natural person filing against the Registrar of the Contractors' State License Board you can sue a guarantor for up to $7500. A "guarantor" is a person who promises to be responsible for what another person owes.

owww if you're speaking with Juan then it's all okay.
Juans probably the one who brought your car out and got all those tickets. I'd check those rear seats for stains.
