Anyone else interested? Bambo Beige Manual Shift & E-Brake Boot?

Since I have a '08 E90 M3 with Bambo Beige Interior, I wanted to get the matching Manual shifter & E-Brake Boots from LeatherZ. Well I spoke to Andy there & he said he does not have that material in stock & would only order & make them if there is a min. of 4 orders. SO, I was wondering if anyone else would be interested in ordering them for their Bambo Beige Interior?

He said it would be:

$355 with M Stitch
$305 without M stitch

Also, I am in no way offiliated with LeatherZ but have their product & like their work & quality especially since they did a custom job for my Red Alcantera interior on me E46 M3. I really want to get this for my E90 M3!

So I responded telling him that I would like a sample sent to me in FL so I can see for myself how close or not this is. I know this takes some of the guys off the list. Also, Andy stated that a DCT set would cost $395

Yes, take me off the list... 4 people saw the samples and all of them said it clashed.

There has to be a way to get oem leather. As a matter of a fact. I think i know who can. Ill reply back to the thread later today.

I'm looking into another option as we speak...my BMW parts guy is looking into possibly getting a 1m x 1m swatch of the leather from BMW (a company I'm part owner of has a wholesale account with them)& see if that's possible. Then I would just have to send LeatherZ the material & have it made (cost prohibited of course on material from BMW), especially if more than 1 set can be made out of that much material!

its not really the thread color... its just the extra stitching..

i paid the same amount for the stitching all same color thread.. just to make it similar thread pattern that another piece has...

Is this through Jon? I ask because he sent me quite a few swatches trying for me to compare to my Bamboo Novillo and we never did quite get a match...so he must have gotten a match thorugh someone else? I'd be very interested in the Novillo set with the M stiching (but it needs to match). PM me with more info if you can.

I have been e-mailing with Andy his brother & I believe it is Andy who does the physical sowing himself. He's sending me some samples too, but as I mentioned, I'm waiting to hear back from my friend at BMW Parts to see if he can get the a 1 meter x 1 meter of the leather from BMW, but he's not back in until Tuesday of next week.
