Question On CPO Dealer Transporting Car...

im located on the east coast (NY). if the used bmw dealer finds me the exact car im looking for but it's in west coast (CA) how does this work out?

1. do i have to pay extra to transport the car to me?
2. once the car gets to my local dealer can i test drive it? if then i find something is wrong, not to my liking, change my mind, etc can i back out? do i have to pay transport fee still? what happens to the car?
