What's going on guys, this is my 2001 steel grey e46 m3 6mt. I'm in the process of doing a full CSL conversion and thought it would be cool to document the build process here. You can also follow me on on my ig or youtube @Allmotor1m. So far I've done the CSL front bumper, wheels, turner CSL style airbox, karbonius CSL center console and oem CSL steering wheel. Next up is the CSL trunk and diffuser. I've also swapped the interior from dove grey to napa black and ditched the heavy stock seats for some recaro pole postion abe's that will eventually be made into CSL seats. The car is fitted with a status gruppe v1 section 3 and the ecu was tuned by kassell performance. For suspension, the car has bilstein pss10's and everything else has been refreshed. New tie rods, control arms, rebuilt differential, reifornced subframe, stainless steel brake lines, polyurathane diff bushings, rod bearings and a dkm stage 1 clutch with a lighter flywheel. I'll keep updating this thread with detailed photos as I add to the build, so should make for a pretty interesting thread. I'll attach some photos at the bottom of where the car started and where it's currently at!
