After starring at it for a while longer, it appears as if at one point she will go counter clockwise by herself then stops and go clockwise and repeat

I'm pretty certain it's just a frame rate issue, guys.

It's like a move camera filiming a wheel spinng, it looks like it's spinning backwards at most speed ranges... the human eye sees 32 fps, the camera only records 24fps.

I'm pretty sure that which direction she's moving is determined in your mind by which frame you start focusing on.

If you notice she is not spinning in perfect radial symmetry.

FOCUS ON HER FROM THE TOP LOOKING DOWN = CLOCKWISE

FOCUS ON HER FROM BELOW LOOKING UP = COUNTER-CLOCKWISE

It all depends on your perspective.

When I pulled up the page I could only see the head and saw counterclockwise, when I scrolled down it is clockwise. Freaked me out! Now I can not see it counterclockwise at all

I see her going clockwise.

I noticed a lot of people seeing her going counter-clockwise and I can't even force myself to see it that way. I happen to be left handed, but that often doesn't correlate well with being "right brained".
