stock tires??? continental or ps2's...
Hello bimmer members,
I have a question about tires. I have the 2010 E90 m3 with the 19's and the stock tires are the continental. I have about 6k miles and they are getting pretty worn down. My BMW center told me it would be a record if i made it to 10k miles on the tires. Is this true? I never drop it or burn out so im not sure what the deal is. Also would you still with the contintenal or get something else like the Michelin ps2's? any suggestions? Thanks

PS2s here and I should get about 16K out of my rears and 30K on the front with mostly highway driving.

I got 21,600 miles on my 19" PS2's....the rears were pretty gone at 1/32" and the fronts weren't much better at 2/32" Only 1 track day too

either one should be good, you really won't notice a difference and if you do its more placebo effect more than anything. I have PS2s, tried the conti's before and they are great too. You have to realize tire tread life depends 70% on driving style, not design.
