Is there a way to check the DCT version?

All this DCT lag talk is scaring me, am going to pick up the e92 tomorrow (most likely). It's a 09 car so I'm not sure how long it has been in the lot. Just wanted to make sure I have the latest software before I bring it home, how do I check?

Call the service department and ask them to confirm that all service bulletins, campaigns, and updates are accomplished before delivery.

Agree with posted replies so far - ask the dealer's service dept to update all systems. My '09
e90 was purchased Sept 10, but was a Feb09 build. The dealer did a software update for my car just after I got it, and it is fine now.
