Sup Jason - thread revival

Not sure what jack you are currently using / came across this one - even w front lip may be possible to reach front jacking point. Regardless check it out let me know what you think.

Thats very similar to mine. The problem is that with my GT4 lip, the jack is not long enough to get to the front center jack point without having to get the rear of the jack (the tallest part) under the car. Without a GT4 lip (big lip), then this wouldn't be as much of an issue.

Interesting. Even w/ extended point wouldn't reach the center jackpoint with lip hm.

Have you found a work around? / or still corner by corner?

J, are you trying to jack it with the front wheels on the ground or is this still a problem with the front wheels on even modest ramps? I picked up a set of these Race Ramps in hopes it would allow me to get my low-profile jack up underneath that center jack pad, but I haven't had a chance to try them yet. I'm a bit skeptical they'll make a difference with a lip on there.

I currently drive onto brick pavers to give me the clearance to get a low profile jack under the car. I'm gonna be going with two pieces 2"x12" wood planks stacked in steps of 2" to give me 4" total rise.

Just a thought as it's pretty cheap compared to what some ramps cost.

I jack up one front corner, put the wheel on a ramp. Then move the jack to the front and jack the front all the way up for jack stands.
