It's 4.99 for 54 months as well.

Yeah, probably 60 months. My payment will be nothing like what is being discussed in here.

Yes it will, won't it? Probably in the low 1300s a month if I am not mistaken.

So with the options I want, and basically all cars being equally equipped (using E90 M3 lease numbers on the C63)

S5: 1030 a month
E90 M3: 1090 a month
E92 M3: 1160 a month
C63 AMG: 1000 a month

The C63 is looking pretty tantalizing, I must say.

The money you'd save you'd spend in gas!

The C63 will have the worst #'s. MB MF is stupid like 10% and their residuals will be like 45%.

I have seen it happen before. You will NO WAY get a c36 for $1000

Out out Audi, BMW and MB. BMW will have the best residuals and MF, Audi may have a lower MF, but also MUCH lower residuals and MB will have bad MF and Residuals.

Sorry, its just how it is, dont shoot the messenger.

Does anyone have solid information that the MF will drop in Mar/April?

New models can make more money for the finance group than old ones.

From what was posted earlier this is my understanding.
the 10k's residual seems awfully low. i'd expect at lease 57-58%

what are numbers on 24 month lease? anyone know? Cosmos?

exactly my point! residual should be at least as much as 335. you can get money factor up to 0.00315, i dont care, but why's residual lower??

I just asked my guy and he sent me the raw #'s. I plugged them in on my lease excel sheet.

I buy a new BMW almost every 9 months. Since October its been a little more. I am on my 3rd since October. Next is M5 and than May its M3. My point is, I have been doing this for awhile and have a "feel" for how BMW does business. I did not expect the residuals to be as low. I had them 3pts above what they actualy came out at.

I think things will change a bit for the 2009 MY. Economics as well as I am still expecting a slight facelift for 2009. These things will effect the residuals and MF, hence the monthly rate. The 2009 should be better priced for a lease.

so do u keep these cars or let go of them?

i know it'll drop.

i expected residual to be between 58-60 like the 335's, altho M3 retains more value than 335

do u mind sharing that spreadsheet? just interested in the formulas. mine seems between 8-15 bucks off for some reason
