Odd
I guess this is almost never shown that is why it looks so odd. It seems to me like the mule pics thus far have an integrated design that includes a bit of a spoiler in the sheet metal (composite?). Based on the look of this thing I hope they offer a no cost option for spoiler delete (like E46 M3). This sucker is ugly IMO.

nice ! much sutle and better looking than the 335i coupe OEMs (wing)

I agree, it fits the trunk very well, making it look solid n aggressive, not like the spoiler you get on the aero kit package !

I like the lip spoiler. This shouldn't be a surprise since it has been in plain view in all the spy shots. But definitley nice to see a close up.
I believe for the designs of E92 spoilers (m3 and aero-kit) BMW is moving in a direction to free up where the brake light would be on the E93. That's why we are not seeing one like the E90. Last edited by kevE90; 02-05-2007 at 10:42 AM.. |

Man, if I was in the personal presence of one of those M3 test mules in a parking gargage I'd grab a friend to stage as the look out then grab the edge of the tape on the rear bumper and then rip the whole thing off in seconds, take a dozen shots with rapid fire and run away. How much do you think Car & Driver would give me for the pictures? I could fly to Munich, spend a week scouting out all the M3 test mules, follow them and then bit by bit little by little expose each one. The hood, the rear bumper, the mirrors, etc and get high-res shots. How come no one has does this? Not adventurous enough?

Rip-off
Hey, you don't have to go to Munich to take the "tape" off. Just come to Ventura County. The mules are everywhere.
