Help: Angel Eyes and Low Beam (northern NJ)

What's up? Does anyone know someone who installs HID angel eyes and bulbs on e9X m3's? I had mine done about 6 months ago and am starting to have some problems. Sometimes my right angel eye doesnt come on and yesterday my right low beam(which I also had done) went out too. They eventually came back on after turning off the engine and restarting the car, but I believe somethings either loose, or may need replacement. I was considering taking it to my dealer, but I'm pretty sure it won't be covered, so I thought I'd try here 1st.
Oh, the guy who originally installed my lights is nowhere to be found
Any help or referrals would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks!

I wouldn't take it to the dealer... they can void your warranty.

Go back to the manufacture of the bulbs and talk to them. I experienced the same issue but w/o headlight issues and EAS is sending me a new pair of angel eyes. My passenger side started to flicker like their was a loose connection but turned out its a bad bulb
