A preview of IND's newest Portfolio Project
As I've said time and time again, IND's best asset are our amazing clients. Every day we have the privalage of encountering some of the most unique and driven people in the United States and internationally, and it is with the help of these individuals that we are able to build our Portfolio Projects.
This newest Portfolio Project is no exception. The owner of the car is a true car enthusiast and appreciates not only European sports cars, but also their Japanese rivals. We have decided to embrace his enthusiasm for sports cars of every origin and are working to create an M3 that reflects this. IND is cooperating with the best manufacturers in Japan, and are importing some absolutely unique parts for the car. We have also worked with the best from Norway, ESS tuning, to give the car the power it needs to compete with its rivals from Europe and Japan. Our first step, however, was to visit the fabricators at Fall Line Motorsports in our home city of Chicago to create a roll bar that is truly world-class. Here are the results: Update from 12/6/2010 Test fitting the OEM BMW GT4 lip and getting ready to run the brake duct hose kit Update from 12/13/2010 exhaust ready to ship from Japan! Another treat from Kreisseig Japan rolled into IND's email inbox over the weekend. The photo of the completed exhaust system with the tips and valves installed was a welcome sight to all of us, as we have been waiting patiently for the system to be hand built in Kreisseig's facility. As we expected, the exhaust is an absolute work of art. The custom "trumpet tips" Kreisseig built for us are a beautiful addition, and the hand laid welds look like the best robotic welds. In this photo you can see the added exhaust valve, which means that this is a finished muffler. The valve actuator is welded to the exhaust as the very last step of production to ensure proper operation of the valve system. Each valve actuator is hand built in Kreisseig's facility in Japan, unlike many other companies that simply outsource that part. This ensures that Kreisseig's valve system is the most reliable available. Last update! 12/20/2010

Cant wiat to see more. Your projects are always amazing!
One question, Why would this world class roll cage say on it, " This device is not designed to protect occupants from crash or rollover"? Isnt that specifically what roll cages are for? D |

Fall Line puts that disclaimer on every single cage they make, including their competition cars. It's more a move to keep their lawyers happy than it is a statement on the functionality of the piece

That's kind of ludicrous. Do the Brembos also say: "These brakes are not intended or designed to slow down the car"?

read: we did no testing on this product and are mass selling it and want to cover our ass because we can not sell it for its intended purpose without conducting expensive testing

agreed....that is pretty lame...I was thinking about using them to build a roll bar for me, but if they don't stand behind their products witha a cya like that what does that say about what they think of their own work.......
