New 18" Forgestar Wheels!

Has anyone else seen this...

http://www.m3forum.net/m3forum/showt...=1#post4130244

These are very light weight, and very customizable. I am sure they will be priced very nicely as well!

These will make GREAT track wheels, or just be an option for the people who prefer 18" wheels.

Those are the 19" wheels, not the 18" wheels yet.

Because YOU posted the link over here, and got the OP in trouble with a competing vendor who has exclusive rights to sell that wheel!

Auto Talent is pissed at you for getting them in trouble Andy.

Mod Bargains has an exclusive agreement on the 18" Forgestars so you upset the apple cart.

So what if Mod Bargains has exclusive selling rights, I am not trying to sell them?!?!? All I did was point out the fact that these new Forgestars exist. What is wrong with that? I posted a link to a normal thread on another board. It is not like it was a sponsor selling them. They had just posted it as a FYI. I did nothing wrong, and I stand by that. Plus, the thread was not started by Mod Bargains, it was AutoTalent, so it obviously was not to sell them, as Mod Bargains has exclusive selling rights according to you.

Forgestar can shut me up by giving me a set...joking...kind of.

I get it. I thought you were serious for a second! Hopefully Forgestar and Mod Bargains appreciates this thread!

So how did AutoTalent get the 18" wheels and why doesn't **********s post these wheels? I asked about 18's on a thread here and they PM'ed me. Why not just post?

AutoTalent had a nice post with colors and weights and Cleavland posted good offsets for a square set-up with a 10mm rear spacer. Now it's all gone and **********'s doesn't even want to post they have the wheels in 18" sizes???

Just thought it'll be good to let everyone know, I was one of the first few to pull the strings on a Forgestar F14 Matteblack 19" wheel sometime back in March. I used it for the month of April and May - took it up to New York city twice and did a track session with it.

My steering wheel became shimmy at 65mph and I went down to my mechanic to get my wheels re-balanced. That's when I realized the front wheel has a slight bent and I suspect that is what that is causing the vibration when I drive. I might have bent it when I was driving through those vicious potholes in New York or maybe when I clipped a chicane up in NJMP, I'm not very sure when that happened.

I am away for the whole summer and I plan to fix the wheel and refinish them as well. Didn't think matte black was as nice of a color in person compared to pictures.

I'm not hating on forgestars, I think they make a great product with a fantastic price point but I thought it was only fair to give everyone a heads up.

That's 20-30mm extra of back spacing. Doesn't Forgestar machine the offset off a wheel blank according to your specifications? That could weaken the wheel at some extend.
