have use it. would only use on small sections. Large sections are a pain if you mess it up. Have used it behind the wheels to avoid rock chips. Would rather just pay to get the clear bra done.

I've used it in addition to my clear bra. Basically, i've put it where I can't get clear bra on my car such as as the rocker panels. I find it's easy to apply, you just need to give it time to cure. I've never left it on for more than a few weeks at a time (I think it's idea for track days rather than tape), but it shouldn't be thought of as something to replace a proper clear bra (i've got my full hood, bumper and fenders done in clear bra).

this product is total and complete shit....
i'm dealing with the aftermath of it right now. you can get it on and make it look good but holy shit when you get some freezing rain you will regret the f*ck out of this... it's going to cost me more to remove it than it would have to get a full clear bra in the first place.

i'll give you a taste... after 1 failed attempt i had both of my cars done last week. the finish product on my M3 initially looked better than a clear bra because the cut line was nice and sharp and overall more subtle than a clear bra... which is good.
however, some icy conditions and freezing rain yielded this: those chunks were a former colleague commenting on how bad it looked then he touched it with two fingers.... and yet the thing is impossible to get off properly... you cant peel it when its in this state.

When I drove my car from BMW PC in SC down to Miami I used this Tracwrap Tape to protect the bumper, hood and rocker panels, it is only for temporary use but it is pretty easy to peel off, doesnt leave any residue on the paint. I will use it again for long drives or track days
