Unpainted Carbon Fiber Vorsteiner Bootlid on Jet Black E92 M3

I havent seen anyone with an unpainted CF Bootlid on their Black E9x M3 yet. So I decided to give it a try. The CF looks well matched with the dark paint at night and in the photos but it's pretty obvious in daylight.

Thanks to Nate@IND for the Bootlid, great customer service like always!

Anyway, dropped it off at the paint shop today for some paint job! Will update with new pictures soon.

What you could do to have it match even more yet stil show its CF is to have a tinted clear coat put on, also known as candy coat. I had my CF hood clear coated this way. From a distance it looks painted and as you walk up you can see its CF.

doesn't look bad but since its jb you could tell the difference, I would love to see how it would look the the candy coat...

wow! that looks amazing! But I have already dropped the bootlid off that the paint shop to get it painted black leaving the tail in CF!
