It's just so detailed that the pictures exploded. But in all truth, it is rather a unimpressive trend to see people relying upon terrible third-party hosts.

I will admit I chuckled at the thought of needing a detailed DIY with pics to install a freakin lip spoiler

You didn't read the post. It's not a lip spoiler. It's a trunk spoiler.

As for pics I'll try to get them back up. I have an iCloud account. Anybody know if I can obtain links for pics stored on my iCloud account?

You should be able to edit your first post and attach photos. If not you can just reply and attach the photos.

When you reply/edit scroll down and look for the "Manage Attachments" button.

Hmmm...apparently I can't link photos directly from my flickr account???

Try this link to the Flickr set. It contains all the original pictures fron the post and some additional ones. I can say that using the 3M tape was the right choice for me. After approximately 16 months, the spoiler is still mounted rock solid since the first day of installation.

Good write up, exactly what I was looking for. I just ordered the Comp spoiler for my coupe and got Betalink just in case. I really like the thought of using 3M tape like you did, because I heard betalink is royal pain, so I think I am just going to follow in your footsteps. BTW thank you for the link to the photos.

No problem. Beta link can get very messy and you can't mess up. With 3M tape, you can mess up and just start over.

The flicker photos link works on my win10 laptop and it seem does not work on my Android phone with bimmerpost app.
