Phoenix area dealerships?

Hey all. I am not from Arizona, but will be traveling there within the next few weeks. I am thinking about letting one of the Phoenix dealerships do the DCT recall on my car.

I completely trust my dealership, so I was just curious if anyone can give recommendations for either dealership in Arizona?

North Scottsdale BMW should do a good job

I take my M to Chapman BMW on McDowell (in Scottsdale) - and my SA is Matt Trader (the Assistant Service Manager). He always finds time to squeeze my car in, and I've no complaints about their service... their sales staff is another topic.

I went to BMW North Scottsdale once, and was disappointed to learn they don't offer BMW loaners. Plus they weren't any better then the other dealerships regarding service.

All of the Loaners I've received from BMW North Scottsdale have been BMWs (eg, 328i, 335i, X5), but I schedule in advance and request a BMW loaner through my SA

Can't comment on the service difference between Phoenix area dealerships as I've used both with no complaints.

Hmmm maybe they've changed there ways, or maybe it was because I didn't buy my car there. I had an appointment, and they put me in a Nissan Sentra loaner

You're an exception - myself and everybody else I know is referred to Hertz for rental cars. The quality of service is also questionable - from my experience it takes two visits to correct simple problems.

I use Chapman BMW in Chandler. They are very easy to deal with and their service department has always been great.

And they don't charge anything for a loaner car, like BMW N Scottsdale

I got BMWs as loaners, but it was $10.

I don't think I have ever not had a BMW Loaner at Chapman. Usually Vince Adams hooks me up.
