It does say in there (presumably from Castrol themselves) that you can mix SRF with regular fluid so that's good. That makes a flush of the old OEM stuff easier. I think I'll be fine with any of them. I'm just getting started.

IMO, if you're boiling these high end fluids, you need better brakes or are over driving the car.

Let me get this straight... You are swapping out parts designed by some of the top engineers in the world because some guys sponsored by a company told you it's "better??" But when you ask the same guy about tracking, "oh no, I have a kid now" or "I just detailed my car." or "i just got new tires."

The factory Brembos are way undersized for the application. Edit: Looks like Project Mu G-Four's price is now higher. It used to be about $30-40 for a liter. Good point. I think you have to manage the brakes in the E9X M3 even with good track pads. I've never ran into brake fluid overheating issues unless my pads were getting low. Then its much easier to boil the fluid. I have titanium backing plates which help tremendously at preventing that.
