Getting ready to do this. Just wanted to confirm as I have not opened the fuse panel yet. Am I pulling the 20A and adding the 10A in the add-a-fuse and then plugging the 20A back where it came from with the add-a-fuse which has the 10A in it? Thanks.

can you confirm where the fuse is? When i installed it doesnt turn on / off w the car. I need to manually turn the detector on and off.

I used fuse #5. It was vacant for me and works off of ignition. Look at the fuse map in the glove box.

Blendmounts are expensive. Repurpose a bicycle reflector instead, remove your suction cups and attach the included windshield mount.

I was really hoping to see the full DIY, since I am currently struggling with my hardwired V1. Need something more "solid", tired of popping panels all the time to redo it!!

I used fuse #5 which will turn on / off w the car. I added a 2amp fuse using an escort radar. I assume v1 should be the same.
